Zoo time

We decided last Saturday to try and venture to the Zoo. Had we know that this weekend would be so nice we would have waited. The girls had such a good time and they were very tired afterwards. Of course so was Mommy and Daddy because man was it hot.

We of course went to see Kayley's favorite animal right away. The Rhino.

However, on the way to the Rhino we saw this bird. The girls walked right up to it and it was looking right at them. Kayley started talking to the bird and all of the sudden the bird squawked back at her. The girls jumped so high. I think they really thought he was answering her.

We then figured out that Maddi's favorite animal are monkeys. She loved them and kept asking to see more monkeys. Lucky for us they had losts of monkeys for her to see.

We then took the girls on the train ride. Maddi was excited most of all. You can just see the pure joy on her face.

We decided to get e membership to the World Wild Life Zoo this year instead of the Phoenix Zoo. I figured I can take them after work or at least that is my plan! We will have to see if I actually do it or not.
